The design adopted a vertical stacking approach, placing commercial spaces on lower levels, residential units above, and recreational green spaces on terraces and rooftops. Shared courtyards and plazas encouraged community interaction, while energy-efficient systems and smart city technology optimized resource use. The project also included underground parking and integrated public transport access points to manage traffic congestion.
